What is the minimum order that is required is there any freight?

There is no minimum for a order. All orders over $50.00 receive free freight, under $50.00 orders have $5.00 (+GST) delivery fee.

What is the order cut off time for deliveries & in store pick up?

All delivery orders must be received by 10 am the day before delivery. In store pick up orders must be received by 1pm the day pick up.

What days do you deliver?

We can deliver orders in Toowoomba 6 days a week. Monday to Saturday. Out of town orders have a standard delivery schedule that only changes on public holiday weeks. All our orders are delivered in a Safe Food (QLD) Accredited Angliss Meats delivery vehicle.

What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?

If you are not home at the time of delivery our driver will call you to make other arrangements.

What happens if there is a problem with my order after I have received it?

If there is a problem with your delivery or something is not as described please contact our sales team on (07) 46322165 as soon a possible and a replacement or a refund can be issued.

How do I pay for my order?

Payment for your order is processed once you have confirmed what you would like. We will endeavour to get as close to your requested weight as possible and if your total come to less than the payment processed you will receive a refund of the difference. Currently we can receive payments via credit card (Nab Transact) or via Pay Pal. Afterpay is coming soon.

What are your business trading hours?

Our office hours are 6am – 3pm Monday to Friday (Closed Public Holidays) Our store is open from 6am – 5pm Monday to Friday, 6am – 3pm Saturday & 8am – 3pm Sunday (Closed all Public Holidays)
